- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- Two 1-pound chicken breasts
- 1/8 cup white cheddar cheese, grated
On a side note, it might appear that the chicken is not fully cooked in the video and the comments were swift on YouTube. We recommend cooking it for at least 30-40 minutes or until it reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
