88-Year-Old Dad Reunites with His 53-Year-Old Son with Down Syndrome.

No matter how old we get, we all miss our parents once we leave home and start our lives. Coming home again to visit our parents is always a special time and shouldn’t be taken for granted.

It’s especially difficult for people with disabilities because they have such a strong and emotional bond with their parents. For that reason, 53-year-old Matt Cobrink who has Down Syndrome found it especially difficult to leave his 88-year-old father for a week. He had an opportunity to meet his baseball idol, Aaron Judge of the New York Yankees, and flew to Los Angeles to meet him. It was the first time they were separated since his mother’s passing over 25 years ago. They see each other again at LAX airport in California and their emotional reunion will melt your heart.
