This Young Woman Has Down Syndrome but That Won’t Stop Her from following Her Dreams

According to Down Syndrome Education International, “very few people with Down syndrome will ever be able to sing.” However, a young lady named Madison Tevlin won’t let that stop her from following her dreams and took up the challenge to defy the odds and challenges associated with it.

The most common challenge for kids with Down syndrome is memory retention. Another is language and speech development as they need to use twice the energy to speak. Despite the challenges that may come with her condition, Madison has been taking vocal lessons from her vocal coach, Marla Joy with incredible success. This has helped her self-confidence and has worked wonders for her voice and memory retention as you will soon see.
