If you’ve been spending time on social media, you obviously encountered the yodeling “Walmart Kid” singing a Hank Williams classic. 11-Year-old Mason Ramsey was captured on video singing a cover of Hank Williams’ ‘Lovesick Blues’ at his local Walmart and immediately went viral.
The viral performance caught the attention of Ellen and she invited the young yodeler to join her on The Ellen Show. The Illinois native spoke to Ellen about his impromptu performance that went viral. When Ellen asks what he wants to do when he grows up, he mentions his dream is to attend college and perform at the Grand Ole Opry.
