Ingredients
- 1 can of Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers Biscuits (8 count)
- 1 pound of mozzarella cheese, cubed into 1-inch pieces
- 2 pounds of bacon
- oil for frying
Directions:
- Cut the cheese into cubes and divide each biscuit into quarters. Place a cheese cube inside each biscuit quarter, then roll the dough around it tightly to seal.
- Wrap each cheese-stuffed biscuit with a slice of bacon and secure it with a skewer or toothpick.
- Heat about 2 inches of oil in a medium-to-large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the bacon-wrapped bombs in small batches, one or two at a time, keeping an eye on the oil as it may expand.
- Once golden and crispy, drain them on paper towels. Serve warm and enjoy!
