Photographer Lines Up 11 Babies With Down Syndrome. Her Photos Reveal Their True Beauty.

Photographer Julie Willson loves her job because she gets to capture special events in people’s lives. Whether it is weddings, engagements, or priceless baby photos, she captures the joys in every moment.

She also knows that children and babies are special in their own way and that children with disabilities are extra special. Her sister Dina was born with Down syndrome and knew that because of her heart health issues, she wanted to cherish each day. She wanted to show the world just how special children with Down syndrome really are and created a special photography tribute for Down Syndrome Awareness month which is celebrated every October.

Julie Willson is a photographer based in New Jersey and wanted to celebrate children with Down syndrome with a special photoshoot for Down Syndrome Awareness Month.

She also wants families to know that having a child with Down syndrome doesn’t mean their families can’t have happy lives. Their family isn’t ordinary, it’s extraordinary.
