John Lennon’s classic song ‘Imagine’ was written at a time when there was much civil unrest. The Vietnam war, anti-war demonstrations, and economic recessions inspired John Lennon to write a song to help us imagine a world at peace without barriers, borders or the divisions of religion and nationality.
