Ashton Kutcher's Organization Saves 6,000 Victims From Sex Trafficking.

We all remember Ashton Kutcher’s hilarious character on ‘That 70’s Show’ or his hilarious pranks on ‘Punk’d’ but he also has a serious side. Kutcher is a very successful actor, producer, entrepreneur, tech investor, and philanthropist and loves using technology for good. He has devoted his life to helping people and his latest efforts are helping to combat sex trafficking and protect vulnerable children.

His organization, Thorn, was started with his ex-wife, Demi Moore nearly 6 years ago. Thorn builds software to help law enforcement agencies find sex trafficking and child pornography victims and their abusers. Their goal was to find 5,000 victims but they surpassed their goal by helping find over 6,000 victims and giving them back their lives. In addition, they identified and recovered over 2,000 traffickers. One shocking common element that his organization noticed is that every victim was lured via the internet.
