At the 2015 World Synchronized Skating Championship, there were many talented teams; however, the team that brought home the gold medal was the Canadian Nexxice team. Any synchronized sport such as the synchronized swimmers that performed to Led Zeppelin’s ‘Stairway to Heaven’, requires an incredible amount of discipline from every member.
As Nexxice skates around the ice before their performance, you can almost feel the energy from everyone in the arena. They performed to ‘MUD’ by the Road Hammers and the country-rock song was the perfect choice for their fun but incredibly precise routine.
